The financing was arranged on behalf of Greenlight Communities, LLC, a Scottsdale-based developer specializing in creating high-quality, attainable rental housing throughout Metro Phoenix and Tucson.

BWE, a national commercial and multifamily mortgage banking company, announced that it has successfully arranged $31.25 million to refinance Cabana Bullard, a multifamily community completed in 2023 and located at the corner of North Bullard Avenue and West Van Buren Street in Goodyear, Arizona.

Based out of the BWE Phoenix office, Charlie Williams, executive vice president, and Matt Terpstra, vice president, originated the three-year, full-term interest only loan with a competitive rate and flexible terms that closely aligned with Greenlight Communities’ business needs. The financing was secured through a well-known, national life company lender.
