Presidium, a diversified real estate development, investment and management firm, has completed Presidium Tech Ridge, a 358-unit luxury multifamily development in Northeast Austin’s fast-growing Tech Ridge Corridor.

Blending contemporary design with environmental stewardship, Presidium Tech Ridge features nearly 387,000 square feet of residential space, more than four acres of preserved parkland and access to a spring-fed creek and trail system. Designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects and Ink + Oro Interior Design, the four-story development includes a zero-edge pool, a yoga lawn, outdoor kitchens, multiple Zen courtyards and a dog park open to the public.

The community is the first in its submarket to offer fully conditioned corridors and features the TEAL centralized hot water system, which reduces energy usage by up to 40 percent. Additional sustainability elements include thermal-efficient windows, energy-saving appliances, EV charging stations and an advanced stormwater management system. Smart home features such as keyless entry and Honeywell thermostats come standard.

Residences at Presidium Tech Ridge feature open-concept layouts with high-end finishes, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, built-in wine coolers, keyless entry and smart thermostats. Select units offer double-height ceilings and large windows for natural light and expanded views. Shared amenities include a 5,000-square-foot zero-edge resort-style pool with private cabanas, an indoor-outdoor clubroom and leasing center overlooking parkland, a yoga lawn, Zen courtyards with fire pits and a co-working lounge. Residents also have access to an on-site fitness center, virtual sports lounge, onsite car cleaning station, EV charging stations and an exclusive trail system that connects directly to the surrounding green space and spring-fed creek.

Located at 12210 Tech Ridge Boulevard, Presidium Tech Ridge provides convenient access to major employers, including Dell, Samsung and General Motors, and offers walkability to nearby retail and dining options. In addition to its environmental design, the project contributes to the local economy through job creation and investment in the surrounding Tech Ridge area.
