Previously a director at Walker & Dunlop, Rob LeDoux joins IPA with 15 years of commercial real estate industry experience serving institutional investors throughout Northern California. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in transacting over 15,000 units totaling more than $4 billion in sales volume.
With the addition of LeDoux, the IPA team in Northern California has over a century of combined multifamily commercial real estate investment experience. In the last decade alone, the team has closed over 221 transactions on behalf of their clients valued at over $15 billion.
