Marcus Partners has officially launched construction on 582 Kelley, a 304-unit residential development located on Kelley Boulevard in North Attleboro. The project, made possible through a collaborative effort with the state and the towns of North Attleboro and Plainville, marks a significant addition to the region’s housing inventory and infrastructure.
“Our plan for this property delivers much-needed, high-quality housing to North Attleboro as well as much-desired amenities as we learned from an extensive process,” said Caitlin Walker, Senior Development Manager at Marcus Partners. “We appreciate the cooperation of the community and the municipality in order to get construction started and improve surrounding infrastructure.”
The community will offer a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with a suite of upscale amenities. These include detached garages, a clubhouse, fitness center, co-working space, dog park, community gardens, outdoor fire pits and grills, park space, and a pool area. The first units are expected to be available by spring or summer of 2026.
582 Kelley is also being developed with a strong focus on sustainability. The project will comply with the Massachusetts Stretch Energy Code and feature an all-electric building design. Infrastructure will be solar-ready, and 20% of parking spaces will be EV-ready. Additional green features include high-efficiency mechanical systems and an enhanced building envelope to minimize energy use.
“Bringing a mix of new, sustainably designed homes to an area that’s growing follows TD Bank’s core values,” said Nick DaPrato, Vice President and Relationship Manager at TD Bank, which is financing the project. “We are happy to support Marcus Partners on this project and look forward to seeing new housing developed in North Attleboro.”
With 582 Kelley, Marcus Partners continues to expand its residential development portfolio while contributing to smart growth and housing affordability efforts in Massachusetts.
