Leading multifamily developer AMLI Residential recently completed its latest addition – AMLI North Park – to the AMLI Mueller Apartment Collective in the 700-acre mixed-use Mueller neighborhood, a transit-oriented master-planned urban village developed on the former site of the Robert Mueller Municipal Airport.
The AMLI Mueller Apartment Collective will offer 1,978 apartment homes upon completion of its fifth phase, AMLI Park Central, to meet the increased demand for rental apartments in Austin, with its rapidly growing population. According to a study from Hoyt Advisory Services and Eigen10 Advisors, more than 100,000 additional apartment units are needed by 2035 to keep up with demand.

With rents starting at $1,945, each AMLI North Park apartment home includes two designer finish packages, stainless steel ENERGY STAR® appliances, full-size washer and dryer, and large living areas.
Unique AMLI North Park amenities include a podcast/vlog room, a private golf simulator, a state-of-the-art fitness room, makers’ and co-working spaces within a 2,500-square-foot club room and an expansive pool. Designed by HLR Architects Inc. for LEED Gold® certification, AMLI North Park incorporates natural elements such as light woods and sisal, along with a vivid color palette and candid patterns and textures, to offer casual and comforting interiors.

Made up of five individual apartment developments, the AMLI Mueller Apartment Collective offers a variety of apartment home sizes, from studio, one-, two- and three-bedrooms, and styles to meet a mix of lifestyles and incomes. The three completed communities are certified at LEED-Platinum®, with the two newest communities also design for LEED certification®. In addition to AMLI North Park, the extensive collective includes:
- AMLI at Mueller: 237 apartments with an average of 820 square feet across a five-story building and 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
- AMLI on Aldrich: 318 apartments in two four-story buildings across from Mueller’s Mary Elizabeth Branch Park.
- AMI Branch Park: The two-building, 406-apartment community offers extensive amenities including an almost one-acre pool deck and dog park, beer garden and hammock grove, along with a two-story fitness center.
- AMLI Park Central: Currently under construction, AMLI Park Central will offer 650 apartments in two buildings, with live/work spaces available. First move-ins are planned for Late 2026.
