TruAmerica Multifamily, a national, institutionally-focused multifamily investment firm, today announced a series of key leadership promotions as part of its ongoing growth and operational realignment across the Western U.S. The promotions include that of Brandy Hildebrand, Michael Gold, Erica Joseph, and Tim Prunotto.

“These changes reflect the incredible talent within our organization and our commitment to building and developing a leadership team that will drive long-term performance,” said Bob Hart, Founder, CEO, and President of TruAmerica. “We’re proud to recognize those who’ve consistently delivered results to support our expanding platform.”

Pacific Northwest / Mountain Region (PNW) Leadership

Brandy Hildebrand has been promoted to Senior Director of Asset Management. Hildebrand joined TruAmerica in 2020 from Pinnacle where she fostered a longstanding partnership with TruAmerica. She has quickly established herself as a key leader with this unique perspective as a former partner of TruAmerica’s. Her impact includes onboarding and budgeting for over 16 assets and successfully integrating the Colorado Springs and Albuquerque markets into the PNW region’s portfolio. In her expanded role, Hildebrand will oversee asset management in Colorado and New Mexico—which encompasses nearly 5,000 units— and mentor incoming team members to support the firm’s continued regional growth.

Desert Region Leadership Realignment

As part of a strategic realignment in the Desert Region, Michael Gold will transition to a new role focused on Northern California and organization-wide operational initiatives. Gold has played a pivotal role leading the Desert Region and will continue to provide senior-level guidance.

Erica Joseph will take on a broader leadership role overseeing both the Las Vegas and Phoenix markets comprising nearly 40 properties, supported by Aaron Hansen and Tim Prunotto. Since joining TruAmerica in 2021 from Cushman & Wakefield, Joseph has been instrumental in streamlining processes, leading successful projects, and mentoring team members. In her new role, Joseph will be responsible for leading the Desert Region comprised of 12,000 units.

Tim Prunotto, who previously served on the firm’s Construction Management team and came to TruAmerica after 12 years with Greystar, has been promoted to Asset Manager. Over the past year, Prunotto has worked closely on the Las Vegas and Phoenix portfolios, bringing deep familiarity and a seamless transition into this expanded role.

These updates mark the next phase in TruAmerica’s growth strategy to build a best-in-class leadership structure that reflects the scale and complexity of its platform.

“These well-deserved promotions reflect the deep bench of talent we have built and our confidence in the team’s ability to continue executing on our disciplined asset management strategies that build better communities,” said Mark Enfield, Chief Administrative Officer and Head of West Coast Asset Management. “We remain focused on attracting, developing, and promoting outstanding professionals who can execute on our evolving investment strategy and deliver strong results to our partners and residents.”
