Northmarq‘s Charlotte Multifamily Investment Sales team led by Allan Lynch, Caylor Mark, Andrea Howard, John Currin, Jeff Glenn, and Austin Jackson successfully completed the $82 million sale of Alexan Mill District, a 290-unit mid-rise apartment community located at 1001 N Brevard Street in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Northmarq represented the seller, Trammell Crow Residential (“TCR”). The buyer was The Seminole Tribe of Florida Sovereign Wealth Fund’s Real Estate Fund (“SemREF”), marking SemREF’s second local deal with TCR and third nationally.
