Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced the sale of Central Park Apartments, a 280-unit multifamily property in Atlanta, Georgia.

Spalding represented the seller in the transaction. Marco Welch, managing director investments, procured the buyer, and Joe Mitchell, senior director investments, helped facilitate the transaction.
