Located at 5600 NW Coventry Circle, Villas of Torino includes 126 newly built single-family rental townhomes in a professionally managed community, with amenities that include a resort-style pool and cabanas, lake views and lush landscaping. With the community’s homes quickly nearing lease-up at already 75% leased, monthly rental rates range between $2,300 and $2,800.
Located at 9530 SW Valletta Way, Tredici at Central Park consists of 220 single-family rental townhomes ranging between three to four bedrooms. The gated community is situated within the 18-acre master-planned development of Central Park.
