Representatives of CBRE, led by Simon Butler, Biria St. John, John McLaughlin, and Brian Bowler, announced the sale of 3200 Washington, a 73-unit apartment building in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts.

CBRE, Inc. exclusively represented the seller, 3200 Washington, LLC, an affiliate of Boston-based Berkeley Investments, and procured the buyer, FCREF 3200 Washington, LLC.

3200 Washington was built in 2019 and comprises of two buildings, one that has five stories and another that has six stories. The community also includes two commercial suites leased to Drawdown Brewery and Glenvale Solar. The asset was built to the LEED Gold standard. 3200 Washington Street also has an expansive amenity package including a landscaped courtyard, roof deck, resident lounge, and gym.
