Spanning seven buildings across five acres, the community features spacious floorplans averaging 870 square feet, in-unit laundry, updated systems, and recent roof improvements.

Swiss Gables Apartments, a 108-unit property at 4620 S 254th Place in Kent’s Lake Fenwick neighborhood, has sold to a private investor. Dylan Simon, Jerrid Anderson, JD Fuller, and Elijah Piper of the Simon | Anderson Multifamily Team at Kidder Mathews represented the seller, John Stephanus, and sourced the buyer.

Built in 1969, Swiss Gables offered investors a rare opportunity to acquire a well-maintained community with significant value-add potential. Its location provides direct access to the Kent Valley employment hub, one of the region’s largest centers for manufacturing and distribution.

“Investor demand for well-located communities remains strong, even for older assets,” said Fuller. “Swiss Gables’ size, improvements, and location made it a compelling opportunity, and we’re pleased to have delivered a successful result for our client.”
