Pricing for studios starts from $3,995, one-bedrooms from $5555, two-bedrooms from $8,400 and three-bedrooms from $12,450. Related California, the West Coast affiliate of Related Companies, is a fully integrated real estate firm that develops multifamily residential and mixed-use properties in California.

Related California unveiled 700 Broadway, a new residential building with 196 premier rental homes that offer a reimagined vision of refined Southern California living.

Rising eight stories high, the building delivers tailored studios, one, two and three-bedrooms, as well as an impressive amenity suite and a nearly 3/4-acre private park. 700 Broadway also features a brand new 60,000 square foot upscale grocer and a 34,000 square foot state-of-the-art Equinox Fitness Club.

“More than just a place to live, 700 Broadway will be the ultimate living experience in one of America’s most storied beach towns,” says Gino Canori, President at Related California. “The opportunity to revitalize an entire city block over the past three years has allowed us to deliver a residential development without compromise, combining quality homes with state-of-the-art wellness and a new grocery store for the entire neighborhood.”

Designed by renowned Large Architecture with stunning interiors by AD100 designer Marmol Radziner and landscape design by award winning Studio-MLA, 700 Broadway is a rare full-block development.

“Inspiration for the architecture behind 700 Broadway largely came from the history of Santa Monica, in particular many of the older brick buildings that make up much of the fabric of the city. We also wove into the esthetic of the building a very LA feel with the beautiful nature and the laidback, playful lifestyle that Los Angeles is famous for,” says Alan Grant, Principal at LARGE Architecture. “Two of the buildings have been designed in contrasting brick with varying forms and the third building with an open and flowing shape using curvilinear balconies and floor-to-ceiling glass. The interior courtyard concept that incorporates almost an acre of land was influenced by many of the traditional European style courtyards, creating a space unlike anywhere else in Santa Monica – or in all of Los Angeles.”

“Every space has been intentionally designed to create the perfect balance of beachside ease and city energy, setting a new benchmark for effortless living. By using natural materials like stone and wood, we have created a timeless quality design that will only become more stunning with time as the materials age and patina,” says Stephanie Hobbs, Design Principal, Marmol Radziner.

Residents will arrive in a 24/7 attended, light-filled lobby with soaring double-height ceilings, an exquisite stone desk, and curated art. With more than 67,000 square feet of amenity space, 700 Broadway reflects the rhythm of the California lifestyle, allowing residents to move between energy and calm to reset and recharge. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean with views stretching from Palos Verdes to Malibu, the rooftop deck features a 75’ lap pool, hot tub, cold plunge and two sauna barrels. Outdoor seating areas with fire pits and barbecues are an impressive setting for hosting friends and family. Furry residents can play at the dog run located on the rooftop deck.

On the third floor lies The Grove, a nearly 3/4-acre private park lined with 100-year-old olive trees, outdoor dining areas and gathering spots, and an indoor/outdoor fitness pavilion. Steps beyond The Grove is The Office, a co-working space with reservable conference rooms and work pods, as well as The Lounge, a reservable entertainment area with a bar, demonstration and catering kitchen. The Reserve, inspired by the spirit of a classic speakeasy, offers a secret bar area, poker lounge, screening room, and two-lane bowling alley.

A nod to Santa Monica’s surrounding nature, the homes are designed to be an extension of the landscape. The residences include gourmet open kitchens with oak cabinetry, London Grey quartz counters with Bianco Namibia quartzite full height backsplash, and premium Thermador and Bosch appliances. The spa-like bathrooms feature an Oak vanity, Cielo quartzite counters, Taj Mahal porcelain flooring, and Robern full-height mirrored medicine cabinets for additional storage. Residences also feature Nest thermostats, Salto keyless entry, and motorized roller shades.

The 700 Collection, located on the 7th and 8th floors, features an exclusive offering of larger residences. Soaring 10-foot ceilings and windows frame sweeping views of the ocean and city skyline, creating a breathtaking backdrop to everyday life. A curated palette of neutral colors brings warmth to the spacious layout, featuring Calacatta Monet marble kitchen counters and full-height backsplash with custom cabinetry, all complete with premier Thermador appliances and a wine refrigerator. Spa-inspired primary baths are clad in Taj Mahal porcelain tiles with Dornbracht fixtures that further elevate the living experience.
