Edge House Miami will feature 608 turnkey units ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes, with fully furnished interiors. Residences span from 410 to 1,242 square feet and will feature private outdoor terraces.

Grupo T&C has received the green light from the City of Miami’s Urban Development and Review Board for its ambitious Edge House Miami project. This 56-story luxury condominium tower, located in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, marks a significant development in Miami’s booming real estate market.

Construction is underway, with an anticipated completion in late 2028. The decision paves the way for the unique project at 1825 NE 4th Avenue in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Grupo T&C is developing the project. Edge House allows owners to engage in short-term rentals.

Edge House Miami, designed by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, will offer 608 fully furnished units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts. These residences will vary in size from 410 to 1,242 square feet, catering to a diverse range of buyers. The development boasts extensive amenities spread across a two-level area and a skyline deck. Residents can look forward to multiple swimming pools, a comprehensive wellness center, a dedicated yoga studio, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, collaborative co-working spaces, and meeting rooms. Additional features include a podcast studio, a stylish lobby lounge with a bar, and round-the-clock concierge services.

Complementing the urban luxury, the project will incorporate significant green spaces designed by landscape firm Witkin Hults & Partners. These include a serene garden, a children’s playground, and an exclusive putting green for residents. Situated at 1837 NE Fourth Ave., Edge House Miami offers breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach. Its strategic location provides convenient access to major transportation routes like U.S. Route 1, I-95, and I-395, with Downtown Miami just two miles south and Miami International Airport approximately six miles west.
