SVA Architects and National CORE Deepen Partnership as Prisma Loft Apartments Breaks Ground

Located on 1.45 acres, the four-story community will offer affordable apartments in 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom designs for households earning 30% - 60% of the area median income. Eleven (11) homes will be reserved for individuals with disabilities.

SVA Architects, along with development partners National CORE and Arteco Partners, recently celebrated the Groundbreaking of Prisma Loft Apartments in downtown Pomona, California.

Located at 501 E. Mission Boulevard, Prisma Loft Apartments is part of the urban core renovation in the Pomona Corridors Specific Plan which aims to enhance the beauty and vitality of the region. With this development, SVA Architects extends its relationship with National CORE after partnering on the affordable and award-winning Legacy Square apartment community in Santa Ana, California.

Prisma Loft Apartments consists of 75 units, including 15 live/work units with ground level storefronts. The community will also include an 800-square-foot gallery, resident lounges, and a landscaped courtyard. The contemporary, urban design features clean accent colors and strong geometrical shapes, complementing the neighborhood rich with an artistic legacy. Prisma Loft Apartments will also accommodate a large public mural by acclaimed artist Oscar Magallanes.
