Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced the sale of a 95-unit Mobile Home and Single-Family Home Portfolio, located in the Suncoast Estates Submarket of North Fort Myers, Florida. The asset sold for $6.1 million.
“The sale of the North Fort Myers Mobile Home and Single-Family Portfolio represented
over 20 years of the seller’s efforts acquiring individual mobile home and land assets through foreclosures and auctions,” said Dillon Majeski, associate investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office. “Because of the complexity involved in selling a portfolio of this size, the seller trusted our experience to represent their best interests and successfully complete the sale.”
The Suncoast Estates portfolio spans approximately 44.5 acres and includes 89 mobile homes and 6 single-family homes across 87 unique parcels. The properties total about 78,912 square feet, with an average unit size of 830 square feet. All 95 units are located within a few miles of each other, creating management efficiencies and operational scale.
Several units have been upgraded with new flooring, kitchens and bathrooms, and many roofs and HVAC systems have been replaced in recent years. The properties are minutes from Interstate 75 and U.S. Highway 41, offering convenient access to downtown Fort Myers, Cape Coral and regional employment centers.
