Trion Properties has sold The Eleanor, a 41-unit, boutique apartment community in Los Angeles, California, after more than quadrupling the asset’s equity since its acquisition in 2013. The firm implemented a heavy rehab, preserving the 1920s charm while also creating a modern feel to the interiors.
