Cushman & Wakefield announced the commercial real estate services firm has arranged the $35.7 million sale of Nexus at Sandhill, a 240-unit apartment community located in Columbia, South Carolina.
Tai Cohen, John Phoenix and Richard Gore of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, VAS Apartments, LLC, in the transaction. Citadel Real Estate Group acquired the property.
“Nexus at Sandhill offers top-tier features and amenities in addition to easy access to high-end retail, dining, and entertainment via the adjacent Village at Sandhill,” said Cohen.
Built in 2016, Nexus at Sandhill’s community amenities include clubhouse, resident lounge, swimming pool, covered poolside pavilion with fireplace and grills, 24-hour fitness center, business center, car wash station, detached garages, and game room with TV, pool table, shuffleboard and video games.
