Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced the sale of Sabal Court Apartments, located in Tallahassee.

At the time of the sale, the Property was 81 percent occupied, with ten of the vacant units in “shell” condition. “The buyers were attracted to Sabal Court, due to the Property’s need for renovations, which would allow them to implement a true physical, and operational, value-add business plan. Benjamin Skinner and Matthew Prozzillo, senior associates in Marcus & Millichap’s Orlando office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investment fund. The buyer, a privately held investment and development company, was also secured and represented by Skinner and Prozzillo.
