KWA Construction, a leading general contractor specializing in multifamily developments throughout Texas, has celebrated the construction milestone of ‘topping out’ at Lyle, located at 17727 Addison Road in Dallas. Lyle is a five-story, 334-unit luxury apartment community at the crossroads of Trinity Mills and Addison Road in far North Dallas. The project forms part of a trio of upscale apartment communities that are under development in North Texas, resulting from a joint venture between Equity Residential and Toll Brothers Apartment Living®.
KWA Construction has been selected as the lead general contractor for all three communities, which also encompass The Settler in Forth Worth and Remy in Frisco – collectively accounting for more than 1,000 units with high-end finishes and unparalleled amenity offerings.

Designed by award-winning GFF Architects, Lyle will boast a collection of immersive and engaging amenities that will create both a sociable and tranquil living environment. The amenities will encompass a resort-style pool and lounge, zen courtyards, a state-of-the-art fitness center, coworking spaces, a pet spa, and a game room. Furthermore, it will feature a six-level, 475-space garage to cater to residents’ parking needs.
Lyle is expected to be completed in November 2024 and will be KWA Construction’s fourth project for Toll Brothers Apartment Living®, having completed Kilby in Frisco in 2021. Their fifth project, Mirra, broke ground in Frisco in March.
