Located at 5000 Populus Drive, the 30-acre, 316-unit property is located between the South’s busiest seaport and the under-construction Hyundai Motor Group "Metaplant," the largest economic development project in Georgia's history. The $5.5 billion manufacturing plant, set to open in 2025, is expected to employ at least 8,500 people and produce up to 300,000 electric vehicles annually.

Novare Group and their partners BCDC have completed Populus Pooler, a 316-residence community in Savannah, Georgia.
