Novare Group and their partners BCDC have completed Populus Pooler, a 316-residence community in Savannah, Georgia.

Dynamik Design has lent its architectural brilliance to the community, and Classic Plains Construction served as the general contractor. Novare Group is the lead developer. Citizens Bank is the senior lender with Livcor providing mezzanine financing and property management.
