Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced that multifamily investment advisor Kyle Pinkalla has joined IPA in San Diego, California. Pinkalla will report to Daman Wyler, vice president and regional manager.

Kyle Pinkalla joins IPA as a senior vice president. Previously managing director of multifamily investment sales in Southern California for Northmarq, Pinkalla has over 18 years of acquisition, development, and on-site management experience. During his career, he has been involved in more than $4 billion in investment sales transactions, including core, institutional, private-client, value-add, and land development sales throughout Southern California.
