Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced that multifamily investment specialist William Hubbard has joined IPA in Dallas, Texas.
In his new role, he will partner with the firm’s veteran Texas-based team led by executive managing directors Will Balthrope and Drew Kile. The Texas team has closed over 300 multifamily transactions valued at $15 billion in the last three years. Hubbard will work alongside the Dallas-based team led by Kile, Taylor Hill, Michael Ware and Joey Tumminello.

A Dallas native, William Hubbard previously served as a first vice president with CBRE. He joins IPA as a first vice president investments. During his career, Hubbard has been involved with 70 commercial real estate transactions totaling $1.2 billion. He graduated from the Virginia Military Institute with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and economics. Hubbard is a member of the Texas Real Estate Commission and the Urban Land Institute.
