Residents will have access to unparalleled amenities, including a stunning pool, state-of-the-art study lounges, a luxurious cold plunge and sauna, and the market’s most exceptional gym.
According to documents submitted to the City of Tempe, the planned unit mix breaks down as 20 studios, 12 one-bedroom, 83 two-bedroom, 15 three-bedroom, and 59 four-bedroom units for a total of 479 beds. A total of 316 parking spaces is planned. To round out the proposal’s mixed-use appeal, the development will also include 1.6KSF of commercial/retail space. Construction start expected June 2024.
