Dominium Promotes Adam Brookins to Vice President of Construction

Five-year company veteran to oversee project managers, superintendents and claim specialists on capital improvements, repairs and property renovations.

Dominium, a leading affordable housing owner, developer and manager announced that it has promoted Adam Brookins to Vice President of Construction for the Self Perform team.

As Vice President of Construction, Brookins will be overseeing project managers, superintendents and claim specialists for a variety of projects which include capital improvements, where he will work with properties to identify and solve physical building issues. Brookins will also ensure timely incident and insurance repair requests, as well as oversee and manage resyndication renovations.

Adam Brookins joined Dominium in 2019 as a Senior Construction Project Manager, where he managed various projects and played a big role in documenting processes and procedures for Dominium’s Construction and Architectural Services (DCAS) department.

Brookins brings to Dominium 15+ years of experience as a general contractor, subcontractor, distributor and manufacturer. He has additional broad experience in hands-on construction and construction management within the industry. Prior to joining Dominium, he was a business manager at Kasota Stone Fabricators, as well as Chief Operations Officer at Hoffman Weber Construction.

Brookins holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies and a Construction Management Certificate from the University of Minnesota.
