Andrew Jennison and Daniel Pickart have joined Newmark as Vice Chairman and Senior Managing Director, respectively. Based in the Century City office, the team will contribute to the growth of Newmark’s Private Capital Market platform, focused on private investment advisory in the $10-$100 million range, while also specializing in strategic agency leasing and tenant assignments.

Jennison joins Newmark from Industry Partners and previously served at Madison Partners and Colliers. Pickart also joined from Industry Partners and prior worked in ground-up commercial development.
