JAG Management Company, an affiliate of Jefferson Apartment Group, has been tapped by The Goldstar Group to manage the just-delivered EDE, a new 350-unit Class A multifamily community near the heart of Downtown Frederick, Maryland. It is JAG Management Company’s debut in the Frederick market.
