The Bell Apartments are located at 45 Erieview Plaza in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.

Cross Street has been tapped to exclusively lease and market the highly-anticipated conversion of the former Ohio Bell Building, a 367-unit luxury building in downtown Cleveland now known as The Bell Apartments. Peak Properties will handle management services for the property.

The Bell redevelopment features new interiors and amenities, including top-of-the-line amenities such as a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor grilling area overlooking Lake Erie, an expansive 8000+ sq ft fitness center, indoor and outdoor dog play areas, a top-floor co-working space, communal lounges, a movie theater room, conference rooms, 24/7 door person, on-site management, and convenient onsite parking. Formerly the Ohio Bell telephone headquarters, this 16-story office-to-residential conversion offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans.

“Cleveland is an example of a historically smaller urban city achieving notable reinvention, which is driving this particular conversion of the former office space,” said Shane Rachman, president of Cross Street, which has offices in Chicago and Denver. “It’s very exciting to reposition this beautifully redeveloped property in the Central Business District as an extraordinary place to live.”

“We have the ability to seamlessly integrate into markets across the country, leveraging our systems and success we’ve established in Chicago,” says Oren Pollack, VP of Cross Street.
