EAH Housing, one of the largest and most respected nonprofit housing development and management organizations in the Western United States, announced the addition of Jennifer Wu to its executive leadership team as Chief Financial Officer.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate finance and accounting, Wu is an experienced executive with a track record of delivering strong financial results, instilling financial and operational discipline, and demonstrating inspirational leadership in both public and private companies. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Controller for MidPen Housing where she scaled her team through historic asset growth and secured one of the highest S&P Credit ratings in the industry.
Previously, Wu led corporate finance and international-based accounting teams at Meta (NASDAQ: META) and Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR). Wu began her career at Ernst & Young and is a Certified Public Accountant (California). She received her degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
