R.D. Olson Construction, on behalf of owner BRIDGE Housing, has completed Heritage Square South, a senior housing property located in Pasadena, California. KTGY was the architect for the project.
Heritage Square South features 70 one- and two-bedroom units, 24-hour security, 3,817 square feet of outdoor lounging areas, two flex rooms and a community room. The property also features solar power operations, producing 196,400 kWh of electricity annually. The three buildings are interconnected with walking bridges. Onsite amenities will include walking trails, flex rooms, a community room and 2,200 square feet of retail space. Additionally, the site has a bus stop on the front of Fair Oaks Avenue.
