The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is proud to announce that Antoinette Brothers of Cambridge, Massachusetts, has passed the Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) exam and will soon receive her official designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
The SHCM certification was developed by NAHMA for management professionals involved with properties developed and operated under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. The SHCM accreditation certifies that Brothers has attained the knowledge, experience and competence required to excel in the housing credit property management industry.
“It’s a pleasure to announce Antoinette’s industry achievement,” said Erin Simas, learning and development manager with the Peabody Companies. “The entire Peabody community extends its congratulations.”
