Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced the sale of Mi-Place at West Rancocas 108, a newly constructed 108-unit multifamily asset in Mount Holly, New Jersey.

The buyer is Universe Holdings.

Mi-Place at West Rancocas is located near Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike, and Route 541, which provide easy access to Philadelphia and New York City. The property is close to Burlington County’s largest employer, Lockheed Martin, a mile from shopping and dining options along Mount Holly’s Main Street. Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst is within a short drive.
