Managing Director Caleb Troop, Director Thomas Colaiezzi, and Associate Director Matt Robertson of Berkadia Charlotte, along with Senior Managing Director Mark Boyce and Senior Director Blake Coffey of Berkadia Charleston, completed the sale on behalf of the seller, Florida-based American Landmark. The buyer was confidential, and the transaction closed on December 30, 2024.
