Affordable Housing and Services Collaborative, Inc. Announces Dana Angelo as Project Executive

Affordable Housing and Services Collaborative, Inc. (AHSC), a nonprofit organization that owns and develops affordable rental communities, is pleased to announce Dana Angelo of Wellesley, Massachusetts, as project executive.

In this role, he oversees various aspects of development projects, with key duties including construction, management, business development, client relationships, contract negotiations, team management, financial management, and strategic planning. He also acts as a liaison between the project team and high-level company leadership.

Dana Angelo joins AHSC with 27 years of project management experience in the development industry, most recently as vice president, development with WinnCompanies. While at WinnCompanies, he oversaw the development and completion of several large-scale projects, including a 74-unit mixed-income residence in Springfield, Massachusetts, a 95-unit mixed-income, adaptive reuse project in Ludlow, Massachusetts, and a 56-unit mixed-income residence in Braintree, Massachusetts.

Angelo’s previous experience includes an 18-year tenure as a director at EA Fish Development, LLC where he successfully completed developments ranging from urban infill developments and adaptive reuse projects to ground-up new construction developments.

A graduate of Hobart College in Geneva, New York, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology, Angelo went on to obtain a Master of Science in sports marketing and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.
