Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) and Stockbridge Capital Group are proud to announce the grand opening of Avelle, a premier luxury apartment community at the gateway to Mountain View featuring 203 meticulously designed homes, including 30 affordable homes, that blend modern living with unparalleled convenience in the heart of Silicon Valley.
Designed by architecture firm Studio T Square, Avelle, offers thoughtfully curated one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, each boasting sustainable features and contemporary finishes that provide a modern and luxurious living experience. Residents will also enjoy a curated suite of resort-style amenities, including a lap pool and jacuzzi, cutting-edge fitness center and yoga studio, multiple roof terraces, work from home conferencing center, and dedicated pet care facilities.
“Avelle was an innovative approach to addressing the City’s housing needs, replacing surface parking lots with much-needed new homes and providing a range of living options that cater to the needs of modern professionals and families alike,” said Chris DeHaan, vice president of development for SRGNC. “We are excited to welcome residents to this vibrant community and are confident that Avelle will set a new standard for upscale living in the area.”
Prominently situated at Shoreline Boulevard and Highway 101, Avelle is strategically located near the North Bayshore area, home to several of the world’s leading technology companies. Avelle also provides residents with convenient access to plentiful outdoor recreation opportunities and Mountain View’s bustling downtown. With its contemporary architecture and distinctive curved façade, Avelle serves as a distinctive new gateway welcoming residents and visitors to the City.
“Avelle Apartments is a welcomed addition to Mountain View, expanding access to high-quality housing in our community,” said Mayor Ellen Kamei, City of Mountain View. “This development is increasing much needed housing, including below-market units, in our city and provides another option for people to live where they work and play.”
From entitlement to completion, Sares Regis and Stockbridge partnered with SBI Builders as general contractor to transform six acres of surface parking lots into a dynamic mixed-use community. The project delivery consists of three distinct phases. The first two phases introduced a 5-story parking garage and 203 homes, while the third and final phase will add an additional 100 homes.
