Sentral, the leading Class-A multifamily property management company, announces it will manage PALMA, a first of its kind, ultra-luxury, full service residential community in Beverly Hills that will be ready for move-ins this spring.
The two buildings comprising PALMA have undergone a top-to-bottom interior renovation, and Sentral has worked closely with the development team on the layouts of PALMA’s 46 one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a comprehensive amenity and service program. Furnished options will be available.
PALMA’s amenities include an indoor gym with a steam shower; a wellness retreat featuring infrared saunas and a zen den; a rooftop fitness zone and cold plunges; a relaxing jacuzzi sanctuary; a kid-and-pet friendly park area; a custom rooftop bar with panoramic views of Los Angeles and more. Sentral will bring to PALMA its award-winning SentralLife mobile app that enables residents to manage a full menu of hospitality services including housekeeping, pet care, personal training, a house car with an executive chauffeur, and an ‘At Your Service’ text feature to communicate directly with the team. Residents will also receive perks including complimentary memberships to Dorsia for coveted restaurant reservations and Erewhon for grocery and café discounts, complimentary chauffeur service to the airport, and a dedicated Lifestyle Manager who will curate a full array of exclusive resident events.
PALMA developers have also partnered with Azy Farahmand of The Agency and Gianni Cantu of Sotheby’s International Realty to lease select homes at the project.
The addition of PALMA builds on Sentral’s recent management agreements at properties including Nashville Yards in Tennessee; Ten310 in Los Angeles; and Otonomus Hotel in Las Vegas as it continues to grow across the United States. Sentral now services 37 communities in 22 vibrant cities across the country.
