FirstService Residential, California’s leading community association management firm, has been awarded for its outstanding leadership in several key areas by the Orange County Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). FirstService Residential associates received the awards at CAI’s annual gala dinner held on February 10, 2018.
During the awards ceremony, CAI named FirstService Residential associate Holly Chadd as Community Manager of the Year in the veteran category and honored Kevin Pennington as Recruiter of the Year. Additionally, Dave Potter, an active member of the Chapter’s Legislative Support Committee, won the Committee of the Year award. To cap off the awards ceremony and dinner, CAI gave FirstService Residential the distinguished title of Corporate Partner of the Year for its commitment to CAI and recruitment of new members, sponsorships and serving on committees.
