Located at 1600 N Summit Avenue, Heritage Towers is a 282-unit luxury multifamily community that was built in 2022.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that the firm represented locally based Huffines Communities in its sale of Heritage Towers in Lewisville, Texas.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Asher Hall and Grant Raymond represented Huffines in its sale to an undisclosed buyer.

“We are proud of what we built with Heritage Towers and appreciate that the buyer valued the attention to detail we put into the development,” said Phillip Huffines, co-owner of Huffines Communities.

Added Haley Gigglioti, Huffines Communities Director of Multifamily, “Heritage Towers continued to outperform the market and had favorable long-term financing. We planned for a long-term hold on this core asset, but, as investor capital seeks a flight to quality, a compelling off-market opportunity to divest was presented.

Lewisville, Texas, continues to establish itself as a dynamic submarket within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, offering strong connectivity to major employment hubs in both Dallas and Fort Worth. The area has experienced sustained population and job growth, underpinned by high-quality schools, a skilled labor pool, and significant nearby commercial developments like Grandscape and the revitalization of Old Town Lewisville. Its proximity to lifestyle amenities such as Lake Lewisville and expansive outdoor recreation further enhances its appeal to residents and investors alike.

“The Huffines team delivered a phenomenal asset with top-tier features in one of the most sought-after corridors in DFW,” said Hall, Cushman & Wakefield Senior Director. “We were proud to play a role in a transaction that reflects the strong global appetite for high-quality product in the broader Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Huffines Communities, founded in 1985, started primarily as a residential land development firm. Today, the company is one of the largest, privately held, multifamily and single-family developers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The family owned firm has built over 2,400 apartment units and over 20,000 single-family lots in the last 20 years alone. This exit for Huffines comes only three years after the firm sold 644 units in Rowlette (Harmony Hill Luxury Apartments) and five years after Huffines sold its 1,400-unit flagship development, Hebron 121 Station, also in Lewisville.
