Editorial guidelines
Yield PRO magazine’s format is comprehensive, up-to-date news and information effecting CEOs, owners and managers in the multihousing industry. Content includes in-depth research, investigative reporting, expert analysis and insight into key issues that drive the industry: finance, economics, profitability, operations, regulatory issues, technology, trends that matter and insights on key players and their strategies. The publication reserves the right to edit all material for clarity and does not accept pay for play, infomercial, advertorial content, or material from consultants who stand to gain from a particular point of view. Submissions must be original and unpublished. If material has been published, please include when and where the article appeared. The publication is always interested in story concepts/proposals from journalists and writers, and welcome professionals to contact the editor.

Opinion editorial
Yield PRO’s opinion section is called The Closer, and offers a format that allows varying, even controversial, writing on industry-related topics by professionals within the industry.
