Today McNair Interests, a private investment and management company, revealed plans to transform a vacant six-acre site in the heart of Houston’s Uptown District into a luxury mixed-use project. Centrally located at the intersection of Post Oak Boulevard and Richmond Avenue, the project will feature a Rosewood Hotel with luxury residences, a multifamily tower, Class A office tower, chef-driven dining concepts, upscale retail, a lively green space and ample parking.

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts® has been selected by McNair Interests to manage the new, ultra-luxury hotel that will offer 150 hotel rooms and 80 luxury residences in addition to signature dining experiences, ballroom and banquet facilities, meeting and event spaces, Rosewood’s signature Spa, and an outdoor pool and fitness center.

Construction is expected to begin in 2019, with completion slated for 2023. The project is being designed by the internationally renowned architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, and will be managed by the Patrinely Group.
