The asset sold for $1,930,000.

“Due to our marketing capabilities, we were able to generate 15 written offers before coming to terms with a client out of California. The large number of interested investors allowed us to compress due diligence timeframes and close at full contract price,” said Tombrink.
The Grand is located at 8731 North 50th Street in Tampa, Fla. The Grand is a conventional 24-unit apartment community located in Tampa, Florida in Hillsborough County situated on 1.15 acres. The property consists of two, two-story buildings consisting of 16 two-bedroom/one-and-one-half-bathroom townhouses each 1,058 square feet; one, two-story building consisting of four, two-bedroom/one-bath units each 702 square feet; and two, one-story buildings consisting of four, two-bedroom/one-bath units each 812 square feet.
