CBRE Capital Markets announced the sale of Brookstone Manor in Milford, New Hampshire, for $13,550,000.
CBRE multihousing experts Simon Butler and Biria St. John exclusively represented the seller, Aspen Square Management, and procured the buyer, Chestnut Realty Partners.
Brookstone Manor is a 92-unit 100 percent market-rate apartment community consisting of four separate garden-style buildings, built in 1985, as well as a two-story duplex building. The community is conveniently located on Elm Street (Route 101A), is within easy walking distance to downtown Milford, and is proximate to the major employment centers in Manchester, Merrimack and Nashua, New Hampshire.
The community is comprised of 92 units with a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats, with an average size of 845 square feet per unit. The seller had completely renovated 65 units, which included the installation of in-unit washer/dryers and partially renovated an additional 13 units. Additionally, Brookstone offers a generous amenity package including on-site storage, dog park, playground and grilling stations.
