Tara Garcia, a 20-year leader in the multifamily construction market, is joining TDIndustries as its Vice President of Multifamily. She will oversee TD’s operations in North Texas and Denver.
Garcia’s background includes leadership in sales, marketing, business development, and operations. Her career has seen operational improvements and growth across several diverse industries; including plumbing, industrial services, and chemical manufacturing and technologies.
Garcia has held leadership roles for Danco Inc., LSP Products Group, Global Power Equipment Group, and Celanese Corporation, where she led cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, procurement, marketing, sales, and operations professionals. Garcia has been responsible for P&L performance across small to large portfolio businesses through effective strategies, programs, and optimization.

Garcia is Six-Sigma Black-Belt certified. She holds an Executive M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. She has also completed the Competitive Marketing Strategies Program from the Wharton School of Business, as well as the segmentation marketing program from Penn State University.
She is results-focused and places high value on innovation, continuous improvement, and customer relationships. She is passionate about people development and understands the importance of collaborating with all levels of the organization to implement successful tactics and processes.
