Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, announced today that Anthony Palladino has joined IPA as a vice president in Portland, Oregon. He will assist institutional and major private multifamily investors with acquisitions and dispositions in partnership with IPA senior managing directors Giovanni Napoli and Philip Assouad, who are based in the firm’s Seattle office.
“Anthony’s extensive network of industry relationships and analytical expertise strengthens our growing presence in the Pacific Northwest and gives us the opportunity to further extend the distinct advantages of the IPA platform to more institutional and major private investors in the region,” said Napoli. Previously an investment advisory associate with HFF, Palladino has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Oregon and is a member of the Urban Land Institute Northwest and NAIOP.
