The Multifamily Group (TMG), a Dallas-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced this week it had facilitated Sky Landing Apartments’ sale in White Settlement, Texas. Managing Partner Jon Krebbs represented the seller and procured the buyer.
The property is directly across the street from Lockheed Martin and provides its residents with quick access to Loop 820 and Interstate 30. Sky Landing is a 1968 build and is located off Ralph St and Clifford St.
