ECI Group announces that Tim Johnson will join the company as Vice President of Resident Experience.

ECI Group, an Atlanta-based, privately owned, multifamily owner and developer, announces that Tim Johnson, an experienced hospitality industry executive, will join the company as Vice President of Resident Experience. In this role, Johnson will integrate customer service with the firm’s investment and asset management strategies, utilizing data analytics to measure and maximize ECI’s clients’ experiences in their multifamily portfolio.

A 10-year hospitality veteran, Tim Johnson has an extensive record of accomplishment driving growth, commercial performance and guest satisfaction for some of the most recognized brands in the hospitality industry. Johnson has spent the previous three years before joining ECI at IHG Hotels & Resorts, most recently leading the strategic agenda for IHG’s lifestyle and premium portfolio of differentiated brands. During this time, he and his team helped grow guest satisfaction and market share to some of the highest points in the history of the brands. Johnson’s tenure within the hospitality industry also spans leadership positions with LBA Hospitality, one of the leading hotel management, development and consulting companies in the U.S., and Marriott International. Johnson attended Middle Tennessee State University and has completed continuing education programs at eCornell, Cornell University’s external education unit.
