Downs Boulevard and provides easy access to top demand drivers in Tampa, including multiple major medical facilities, numerous corporate parks and the University of South Florida. Built in 1995, The Vinings at Hunter’s Green is within the Hunter’s Green community in the New Tampa-Wesley Chapel area.
