CBRE announced that it has arranged the $121.5 million sale of Countryside Village, a 448-unit garden style apartment community, located at 60 Village Circle Way in Manchester, New Hampshire.

CBRE Capital Markets’ multi-housing experts Simon Butler, Biria St. John and John McLaughlin exclusively represented the seller, Merion Countryside LP, an affiliate of Merion Realty Partners from Wynnewood, PA. The team also procured the buyer, Village Circle Way Owner LLC, an affiliate of The DSF Group from Boston, MA.

Completed in two phases between 1986 and 1987, Countryside Village is comprised of 17 three-story and four-story residential buildings and a 7,000 sq. ft. freestanding clubhouse. There are a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, with 20 percent recently renovated. Countryside Village is located in the dynamic greater Manchester employment market and offers easy access to both I-93 and I-293, as well as numerous retail amenities.

“We are pleased to have represented Merion Realty Partners in the sale of Countryside Village. This marked the successful conclusion of their investment plan having acquired the asset in 2016,” stated Butler.

“Countryside Village offers The DSF Group the ability to reposition another property in the strong Southern New Hampshire market through the implementation of our signature Halstead branding and amenity program,” said Josh Solomon, President of The DSF Group.
