Cushman & Wakefield and its alliance member Commercial Kentucky announced that they have arranged the sale of Veranda at Norton Commons, a 236-unit multifamily property in northeast Louisville.
Mike Kemether of Cushman & Wakefield along with Craig Collins and Austin English of Commercial Kentucky represented the seller in the transaction. The multifamily property was sold by Passco Companies and acquired by The Connor Group.
“The Connor Group knew that Veranda at Norton Commons was a special property, in a high demand neighborhood,” said Collins, Senior Director at Commercial Kentucky. “They were aggressive in their acquisition, and smooth in the transition of ownership. We expect this property will be a top performer in their portfolio.”
Built in 2015, Veranda at Norton Commons anchors the east side of Louisville’s only architecturally planned community Norton Commons. Norton Commons is a fully walkable community with a variety of retail options, restaurants, schools, playgrounds, and various parks.”
Veranda at Norton Commons offers best-in-class amenities including a swimming pool and sundeck, dog park with training obstacles, fitness center, and a resident clubhouse with an event room for private parties and a community kitchen.
