Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group announced it has hired Tyler Mayo as Managing Director to support the firm’s brokerage activities throughout Tennessee.
Mayo joins Ian Anderson, who was hired as the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group’s first Nashville broker in July 2022. The two will work together to expand Cushman & Wakefield’s multifamily presence throughout Nashville, Middle and East Tennessee.
“Nashville and East Tennessee continue to be important to Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group. Tyler’s experience and background in these markets is key to adding value to our clients who have investments in this significant region,” said Robert Stickel, Executive Vice Chair of the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group.
“Our multifamily business in the Southeast and in Tennessee keeps growing, and we’re excited to see what Tyler will accomplish as the newest member of our Nashville-based team,” added Taylor Bird, Executive Managing Director of the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mayo was a Senior Advisor at Capstone Companies where he helped lead the firm’s efforts throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, and northern Alabama. “I’m excited to join the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group’s unique platform. The team has long been a powerhouse within the industry, and this is an incredible opportunity to focus on growing our footprint across Tennessee,” said Mayo.
