Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of The Fitzroy Grove, a 250-unit multifamily community located in Rogers, Arkansas. Martin Bynum and Craig Hey of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Huffman & Company, in the transaction. Lurin Capital acquired the property.
